利用規約

この規約は、Arda Caglayan Ercan（以下「運営者」）が提供するiPhoneアプリ「うさごよみ」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めます。本アプリを使うことで、この規約とAppleの標準使用許諾契約（EULA）に同意したものとみなします。両者が異なる場合は、この規約が優先します。

1. 本アプリの内容

月の満ち欠け、月齢、月星座、ボイドタイム、暦注・開運日などの表示と、新月のねがいごとを書いて満月にふりかえる機能を提供します。

2. 情報の性質について

  • 月の時刻や形は天文計算によるもので、正確さに努めていますが、誤差や誤りがないことを保証するものではありません。
  • 月星座・ボイドタイム・暦注・開運日・ねがいごとの習慣は、伝統的な暦や占星術にもとづく楽しみのための情報です。医療・法律・金融などの判断の根拠にはしないでください。

3. うさごよみ Pro（有料機能）

  1. Proは、Appleのアプリ内課金で購入できる月額・年額の自動更新サブスクリプションと、買い切りのプランです。価格はアプリ内の購入画面に表示されます。
  2. サブスクリプションは、現在の期間が終わる24時間以上前に解約しない限り、同じ期間・価格で自動的に更新され、お使いのApple Accountに請求されます。
  3. 無料トライアルがある場合、トライアル終了の24時間以上前に解約しないと、有料のサブスクリプションに自動で切り替わります。
  4. 解約や更新の管理は、iPhoneの「設定」→ 自分の名前 →「サブスクリプション」から行えます。アプリを削除しても解約にはなりません。
  5. 返金はAppleの規定にしたがい、Appleが判断します。
  6. 機種変更などのときは、アプリの「購入を復元」で購入済みのProを復元できます。

4. ねがいごとのデータ

ねがいごとは利用者の端末にだけ保存され、運営者は内容を見ることも、復元することもできません。大切な内容は「ねがいごとを書き出す」でバックアップしてください。データの取り扱いはプライバシーポリシーのとおりです。

5. 禁止事項

本アプリの逆コンパイル・改変・再配布、運営者や第三者の権利を侵害する使い方、法令に反する使い方をしないでください。

6. 権利

本アプリのイラスト（月うさぎ、シールなど）、デザイン、文章の権利は運営者に帰属します。シェア機能で作った画像は、個人のSNS投稿などに自由にお使いいただけます。

7. 免責

運営者は、本アプリの利用または利用できなかったことにより生じた損害について、運営者に故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、責任を負いません。責任を負う場合も、利用者が損害の発生前12か月に本アプリに支払った金額を上限とします。

8. 変更・終了

運営者は、本アプリの内容やこの規約を変更し、または提供を終了することがあります。規約を変更するときは、このページで事前にお知らせします。

9. 特定商取引法に基づく表記

  • 販売事業者：Arda Caglayan Ercan
  • 所在地・電話番号：請求があった場合、遅滞なく開示します
  • 連絡先：support@outfitrater.com
  • 販売価格：各購入画面に表示（税込）
  • 支払方法・時期：App Store（Apple ID）での決済、購入確定時
  • 提供時期：購入手続き完了後すぐ
  • 返品・キャンセル：デジタルコンテンツの性質上、購入後の返品はできません。サブスクリプションは次回更新日の24時間前までにiPhoneの設定から解約できます。返金はAppleの規定によります。

Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the iPhone app Usagoyomi ("the app") provided by Arda Caglayan Ercan ("we"). By using the app you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard EULA; where they differ, these terms prevail.

1. What the app does

Moon phases, moon age, moon sign, void-of-course times, traditional Japanese almanac notes and lucky days, plus writing new-moon wishes and reviewing them at the full moon.

2. About the information

Moon times come from astronomical calculation; we work hard on accuracy but cannot guarantee it. Moon signs, void times, almanac notes, lucky days and the wish ritual are traditional and astrological content for enjoyment, not medical, legal or financial advice.

3. Usagoyomi Pro

  1. Pro is offered as monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions and a one-time purchase through Apple in-app purchase. Prices are shown on the purchase screen.
  2. A subscription renews automatically for the same period and price, charged to your Apple Account, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
  3. A free trial, if offered, converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends.
  4. Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
  5. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.
  6. Use "Restore purchases" in the app to restore Pro on a new device.

4. Your wishes

Wishes stay on your device; we cannot see or recover them. Use "Export wishes" to keep a backup. See the Privacy Policy.

5. Not allowed

Reverse engineering, modifying or redistributing the app, infringing anyone's rights, or any unlawful use.

6. Ownership

The illustrations (the moon rabbit, stickers), design and text belong to us. Images you create with Share are yours to post on your own social accounts.

7. Liability

Except for our intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages from using or being unable to use the app; any liability is limited to what you paid for the app in the 12 months before the damage.

8. Changes

We may change the app or these terms, or stop offering the app. Changes to these terms are announced on this page in advance.

9. Commercial transactions disclosure (Japan)

  • Seller: Arda Caglayan Ercan
  • Address and phone: disclosed without delay upon request
  • Contact: support@outfitrater.com
  • Price: shown on each purchase screen (tax included)
  • Payment: through the App Store (Apple ID) when the purchase is confirmed
  • Delivery: immediately after the purchase completes
  • Returns and cancellation: digital content cannot be returned after purchase. Subscriptions can be cancelled in iPhone Settings up to 24 hours before the next renewal date. Refunds follow Apple's policies.
